All members of Eldmourne RP are expected to be respectful and courteous of others

Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination or hateful behavior is not permitted

Exclusionary behaviors are prohibited, especially when said behaviors are involved with cliques.

Bullying, personal attacks, and other forms of negative behaviors which may not be listed here are prohibited and subject to discipline.

Eldmourne RP is an 18+ community due to the nature of some of the themes which may be present, including but not limited to innuendo, mild gore, death, and horror elements.

Any minors are barred from joining however are welcome upon their 18th birthday.

If a person is found to be a minor they will be banned and barred from re-entry into the community for a year after their 18th birthday.

Individuals suspected of being a minor may be asked for proof of age. If no reasonable proof of age is provided, said individuals will be treated as minors until proven otherwise and access to the Eldmourne community will be revoked.

All members of Eldmourne RP are expected to use common sense when engaging with each other

Use the proper channels, stay civil, and follow rules of the various platforms and channels in which you engage with the Eldmourne community.

Drinking or consuming controlled substances while under the legal age in your country or jurisdiction are prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

If you are unsure as to the legality of an action, or are unsure if an action could potentially break community rules and guidelines, then either ask an appropriate member of the volunteer teams or refrain from such an activity.

Decisions made by volunteer staff, unless stated otherwise by appropriate authorities, are final.

If it is believed that a decision is made unfairly such claims must be made to Moderation teams in a ticket in order to ensure fairness on all sides.

If a decision you disagree with is made by a volunteer team, you may not go to another member of said volunteer team in order to get the decision changed or repealed.

Sexual Harassment and NSFW Content

While innuendo is allowed, outright sexual content is not allowed on public channels within the community. This includes but is not limited to erp and pornographic art depicting characters relevant to Eldmourne RP.

Sexual content, including innuendo, which involves a minor, fictional or not, will result in an immediate ban and will be reported to the appropriate authorities with any and all evidence provided.

Sexual harassment of any kind, regardless as to the age of those involved, will be dealt with by an immediate ban and will be reported to the appropriate authorities with any and all evidence provided.

Any other forms of sexual misconduct or obscene NSFW content not specifically mentioned here as deemed by volunteer teams are bannable.

Members of the Eldmourne Community are expected to take the mental health of themselves and others into account regarding activities on the server.

If Eldmourne is creating a negative impact on a person’s mental health, they are expected to take a step back until they have the mental space to handle the themes and happenings of the server.

If it is found that particular players are making the community unhealthy or are causing mental or emotional distress to other members of the community, disciplinary action will be taken.

Members who are negatively impacted by Eldmourne due to its themes and content who do not take the proper precautions for their mental health will be temporarily banned for their own health and wellbeing.

If it becomes more stressful than it is fun, stop.
